History: Rayne is to believed to be the greatest Hyuga genius since, Neji. However, what those in the Village have failed to see, is that Rayne is more like Rock Lee. Everything he has, he's worked his hands to the bone for. None of his skills come naturally, and he has grown to hate the word "Genius" Since becoming a Genin three years ago along with the rest of Team 2, Rayne has completed countless missions, however, has no particularly special accomplishments to speak of. He has learned two changes in chakra nature; Wind, and Lightning. He hasn't learned or developed any specific techniques to go along with these changes in nature, but he has learned to apply them to the techniques he's already developed in order to enhance his variety of options.
